The other kernel was 9x, OS' falling under this are MS-DOS, windows 1.x, Windows 2.x, Windows 3.x, Windows 95, Windows 98 and Windows ME

The NT kernel in Windows is a fine piece of craftmanship.

Sar'nt

The way Non Boot address those with "Sergeant" in their rank, in the Marine Corps. I.e. Sergeant, Staff Sergeant, Gunnery Sergeant, Master Sergeant, First Sergeant, Master Gunnery Sergeant, and Sergeant Major.

Abbreviation of Sergeant is considered disrespectful (i.e. Sarge) so only non boots are able to do this with moto, and without getting in trouble.
