Mountain Hug

An unexpected hug primarily from a 10th Mountain Division Soldier that is given from behind. This type of hug will leave you feeling vulnerable; scared and cold; lonely and with an empty feeling deep down inside; much like this division.

If someone is a little too motivated and showing too much enthusiasm for being part of the 10th mountain Division; than a Mountain Buddy should intervene and give them a big MOUNTAIN HUG!

Turkish hug

When you agree to a deal, but then you get blackmailed/back-stabbed to change the deal.

Turkey had no issue with Sweden joining initially, only to start a viscous propaganda campaign once the official application was handed in, and adding more and more demands when Sweden immediately fulfilled the previous ones. So Ukraine better prepare for that traditional Turkish hug.

The act of going in sideways, and putting one arm around another person. It's "half a hug", it's awkward, and it basically says "I don't know how I feel about you."

I hadn't seen Julie in months. I was a little pissed of when she only gave me an awkward half-hug.

A hugging method by wrapping one's arms around another person and applying a powerful pressure, typically enough to render the target's upper arms immoble. Mostly used in to either show affection or immoblize a person for any other reason.
