The type of boy who thinks he's the shit in high school and most/some of them are in the Popular Group clique which are low life fucks who have girlfriends with excessive amounts of make up and flat asses. Fuck Boy's go around flirting with every girl including yours and does shit to annoy you and piss you off like ask you do you have bitches like them which they don't because in reality "Fuck Boy's" are the real ones who can't get bitches because they prey on every girl in middle/high school and in reality they think there getting bitches by it but really they look like stalkers and assholes. A fuck boy is someone who doesn't see the potential God created you with. He means no good and most likely only want sex from you. He also cheats and hurts you knowing exactly what he is doing. Being the modern adaptation of the rap term "fuccboi", a Fuck boy is any male who lacks composition outside of the realm of interpersonal relationships. Put simply, a fuck boy is a person whose sole goal in life is to fall in love and/or get laid to the extent that they have no hobbies or interests outside of this area. Neckbeards are often fuck boys, in that many see women as attainable objects, and lack concretely defined life goals.

High school boy 1: All this talk of careers is intimidating. All I care about is having a wife and kids.
Teacher: Haha get a job fuck boy

Fuck Boy 

1. A weak, cowardly individual.
2. A man who wants to have sex with women but not date them.
3. A male who allows himself to be penetrated anally.

A pejorative term which more than likely was a replacement for the word "faggot."

In the same way that a pool cover is a cover for pools, a fuck boy is a boy for fucking.

Because "faggot" and "gay" are now a terms that are frowned upon, homophobic individuals needed a new anti-gay term to be a synonym for the negative qualities of an individual. Because a person who enjoys being penetrated (girls, male bottoms) are looked down upon as weak or inferior, the term "fuck boy" is now used to mean weak or inferior.

That aside, the term is used for far too many things to have a single definition. Some say a fuck boy is a misogynist that has no intent of dating a girl, just sleeping with her. Others say a fuck boy is a pussy, bitch, or a coward. Others say it is a callous and shallow male.

The first definition seems to be whatever the user wants it to mean, which makes it difficult to distinguish as a homophobic term, as the people using it most likely don't mean to reference homosexual men, despite the original meaning of the term.

It is possibly the modernization of the now frowned upon phrase "That's shit is so gay."
