Used as an insult towards a certain person. Telling someone to "Do One" means to tell that person to go away or get lost. Can be combined with yeah mate

This phrase was brought to life by Snooki on season three of MTV's Jersey Shore when she is in the hot tub with Deena and Vinny and states:
"I swear to god, if Vinny hooks up with this girl, done ties with Vinny."
