The meaning of "acoustic" in slang is another way of saying autistic, without actually saying the word. So when someone asks if a person is "acoustic" they're asked if that person is autistic. Or if someone says "You're so acoustic" they mean "You're so autistic/weird" Or in other words, sped.

Get the acoustic mug.A online term typically used to refer to an autistic person, commonly in a condescending or derogatory manner. People often use that word, as well as “restarted”, in place of the R slur. Some autistic people may be irritated by use of these words to describe them if they post something featuring them displaying their autistic traits, so try not to use that word if you do not know how the person will react. (I say this as an autistic person myself.)
E.G: “If someone calls me “Acoustic” again, I’m going to punch them in the face.”
