Shellie

Someone with eyes so blue it is as if gravity no longer applies and you are swimming in the sky. Someone whose heart is so big you feel as if you are the most important person in the world. Someone whose kiss is so sweet it is as exciting as the a first and as tender as a last. Someone who smells so sensational you are instantly addicted to her fragrance. Someone whose embrace is so comfortable you immediately lose all awareness of your surroundings. Someone with a legs are so fine all you can think is what they would be like around you. Someone with a smile is so bright that pierces the darkest cloud warming you with its brilliant rays. Someone who is so beautiful in all she says and does that her memory never fades.

The mere thought of Shellie transformed the coldest concrete car garage into a bit of heaven.

To experience Shellie albeit for a short time is to experience something never forgotten.

golden shellback

adj. A US Navy (and possibly other nations) tradition that occurs when a ship and it's company crosses the equator and the international dateline simultaneously. In doing so, the wog, and even plain shellbacks must go through an initiation process; an accepted form of hazing in todays military. Its should also be noted that when the dateline is crossed, you skip a day. Davey Jones Himself as well as Neptune join in on the fun as well. After all is said and done, a steel beach picnic usually follows this time honored tradition.

sailor #1- "Back in the day, when I was aboard the USS Forrestal during a WESTPAC cruise we obtained our Golden Shellback status."

In the movie Gangs of New York, Brendan Gleeson played the character Walter 'Monk' McGinn, who at the beginning of the movie offered to fight on 'Priest' Vallon's (Liam Neeson) side. Monk McGinn's weapon was a shellalegh that he etched into for every time he killed a man with it.
