Get the Selfishmug. The worst kind of selfish, true selfishness, is the one that pretends to put someone else before themselves. The one who pretends someone else is number one.
She was the worst kind of selfish, she didn't just eat the last piece of bread, or save the last piece of cake for herself, numero uno, but she also pretended that everything she did in life was done for someone else, that someone else was number one (she was as uber competitive as she was not to become number one, she claimed, but to do it for other people, to make everyone else number one despite her being the one to actually benefit from it). She was the kind of coward that would never tell anybody who ate the last piece of bread or cake, they would fight amongst each other and still never find out who ate it (unless fear of embarrassment or a tarnished image kept her from eating the last piece of cake that she would have otherwise went for).

Get the Selfishmug. Regretful soothing words dat you administer to someone else to supposedly make him feel better about a situation, but in reality you merely feel sorry for YOURSELF.
A classic "selfish sympathy" example, from an old "Peanuts" comic:
Schroeder, in exasperation at Lucy's pushy "over-attentiveness": Do you know what Beethoven never had?!
Lucy: What?
Schroeder, rantingly waving his arms above his head: Beethoven never had girls hanging on to his piano and bugging him about giving them presents!
Lucy, mildly shocked: He DIDN'T?! (pauses to ponder this fact) Poor Beethoven!
