Xerox Rebel

One who thinks that she/he is a proper rebel, smoking, drinking and dont give a shit - but in reality, is still dreaming about a house in the subburbs with two children, a husband and to solid incomes. Most often seen around universities. Young, leftwinged women, who thinks that drinking in the weekends will compensate for the fact that they get offended when they encounter real problems like alcoholism, drug abuse, or people who don't have a good degree or are being "political incorrect".

Girl: It just got wild last weekend. I was totally wasted, feel like Pete Doherty, the day after. totally fucked.
Guy: But did'nt you end up at your boyfriends' house around 2pm.? And did'nt you just finish your exams 1st. class?
Girl: yeah, but still. It was a bit crazy.
Guy: You're nothing but a Xerox Rebel, wanting a secure life in the subburbs.

Otherwise known as a mallgoth, an off the rack rebel will think they're so individual for shopping at Hot Topic and Strhess, while failing to realize that goth and punk were meant to break free of subcultures, and not conform to its own subculture. Also, a poseur.

the rebel flag, also known as the confederate flag, has nothing to do with racism. yes the klan, skin heads, and other white supremeness groups use the flag but they are the ones that gave the flag a bad name.

the flag was originally created to be the battle flag of the C.S.A. after they broke away from the union.

the war everyone knows about about, the civil war, was the main battle where the flag was flown.

the civil war was over alot more than just slavery. fact general lee didnt even own a slave but the northern generals did. fact the south freed their slaves before the north. fact the slaves that were freed joined the confederate army willingly and were proud to fight with us. fact the us flag had more slavery under it than the confederate flag. fact some black people fly the confederate flag too.

there is more to the confederate flag than just what is pro-trade.

look at that redneck and his rebel flag, he must be a racist.

but they dont know he has black friends.
