Meaning, "My crazy life", each dot representing one of the following:
Hospital, Prison, or Death.

Meaning your crazy life will end you up in one of those 3 places

Usually Gang Related.

Can be seen tattooed by the eye, web of hand and various other places.

"Did you see those three dots by his eye?"

"I saw those three dots tattooed on someones hand."
