Similar to fetch, meaning cool or awesome. Fetch with two h's denotes something extremely fetch, like Mish Feld. If you don't know who Mish Feld is, you are obviously not fetchh because she is the epitome of fetchh and the biggest bamf ever.

"Do you see that girl over there?"

"Yeah, it's Mish Feld. She's so fuckin' fetchh."
