An outhouse in the middle of the woods (sometimes near a cottage) that is converted to become a small place for alot of fucking to go on, the plumbing is removed and replaced with a carpet and a lava lamp, creating a great enviroment for fucking with very little people around to hear/intrude.

A term used to describe a guy who you would normally call a dick or dick head, only funnier and more raw sounding. "Fuck Stick" helps drive the point home to make sure there is no misunderstanding about the distain you have for this particular dick head.
