Is it just because the show casts such a wide net that there happen to be so many trans folks? Or is it something to do with Walter's struggles of identify between whether he is Walter White or Heisenberg as he tries to keep his old self, Walter White out facing the public and becomes his true self, Heisenberg when in private.
Could additionally be a reference to the wildly popular theory and headcanon that Jesse Pinkman is Transgender.
