Shart/sharting is a way to show your beloved you love them so much you, "Shart your pants".

In other words It is a way to release all your stress with poop but very and i mean very hard like if your butthole is a firework and the poop is just explosive and wet but it hurts at the same time. The shart can be triggered by farting but needing to poop, so if you need to fart poop first.
