A cheeky, campy read for someone who’s a little… mentally delayed in the moment. Think: that girl whose brain takes a scenic route before the lights come on—like a dusty old desktop wheezing to life. Used in LGBT circles as a humorous way to call someone out (with love… mostly) for being slow to catch the vibe, the joke, or the assignment.
