emo 

A person that’s always complaining about his life, making a drama out of everything. They usually come to you and just talk about their problems, to the point they annoy the hell out of you, because no matter what you do, you can’t help them, or cheer them up. Being depressive, dramatic and complaining about everything becomes their way of living.

Most of the time they are just attention whores looking for everyone’s compassion and time. They sometimes tell you they are going to suicide, but never really do it, because its just another way to get attention.

Legend has it they slit there wrists but most of them don't
the rumour was likely started by a depressed Emo and a chav started telling the world they kill themselves.

Often has black hair swooshed to the side if a boy and most have Jet black hair.

it has been known that emo's with natually black hair dye it black anyway

Emo 

A music style and subculture derived from "punk"
Often involves high vocals, acoustic guitar and emotional lyrics
An example of a mainstream emo band is Taking Back Sunday
Often, all the stereotypes that have something in common with Emo are lumped in with it, including Goth, Punk and Scene
The subculture often includes a specific fashion, including tight jeans, band T-shirts, and side-sweeping bangs.
Emo is probably the most often ridiculed "Highschool Stereotype"

Hawthorne Heights is an emo band
Marilyn Manson is not emo, he is goth
The Cure is not emo, they are punk-goth-rock

Emo 

A label which is used to stereotype people who wear lots of black eyeliner, listen to 'emo' music, don't talk much to other people, and have haircuts that include bangs that's in their faces.

Although the term emo can be described in many ways, this is often the case in which people use. The term emo comes from the word emotional.

The girl in the back of the room was wearing make-up that made her look like a raccoon. A kid walked up to her and said, "What's up emo kid?"

Emo 

A "person", usually in their early teens, who think that the fact that their parents refuse to buy them a Corvette is the end of the world, and therefore their life is spiraling down a large black hole of deceit and sorrow. The want to express their individuality, but really they are just expressing the individuality of a large group, pretty much making them the very conformists they think they are fighting. Ironic.

So an emo kid tried insulting me today. When I pointed out that he automatically loses any argument he enters due to the fact that he's emo, he ran away crying. Go figure...

Generaly a person who dresses in all dark clothing and whines about everything.

These people whine how their parents hate them, and are just there to torment them, when their parents actually spoil them rotten.

Timmy: Oh look! It's Dave! But, why is he sitting in that corner in all black with a stupid hair cut whining about how his parents hate him?

Richard: Oh, it does seem he has gone emo for no reason. It seems we have lost another friend.
