hard man squad

A group of teenagers or young men, typically wearing tracksuits, who act like badmen. Typical activities of a hard man squad include smoking weed, drinking, vandalism, swearing at you for no reason and trying to start fights. Typical hard man squad members are unemployed, drive crappy chav cars and at least one member of a squad must have a staffy. Language used by hard man squads include "wanker", "blud", "sick", "wogwan", "spliff" and "bruv". Hard man squads can be found in alleyways, under bridges, street corners, and tesco car parks.

Bucking squad

A group of lads in secondary school/college who think that if they copy their groups name from Geordie shore people will think they're cool. Care more about pulling than having a laugh and there's always one outsider. Would also be beaten by both a wolf pack of a group of lush kings.

Squad

A group who have been mates for a long time. Gender doesn't disqualify people from being part of a squad, but if a group of chicks meet through their boyfriends/husbands then they cannot label themselves a squad in their own right and expect to be taken seriously.

They can only adopt the moniker 'squad wags.'

True squad: 'Whoa! Easy there sport, get back in your box. You belong to no legitimate squad. Maybe squad wag is more your pace.'

CC firing squad

People who in a figure of speech execute colleagues by sending an attacking email containing critique or feedback, whilst cc-ing as many (senior) colleagues as possible. By doing so, they lower a person's self-esteem, position in the team and try to be perceived as knowledgable/responsible.

"She sent me this email telling me she's afraid I'm not going to make a deadline and pointing out I forgot two small tasks. She even cc'd my team and team manager. She's definitely part of the cc firing squad."
