Get the Whale watchermug. When a chubby girl performs risque acts as entertainment for a group, so that she can gain some small level of social acceptance.
The host quickly pointed out two chubby girls, each sitting alone at the party that he could target. Ten minutes later, with a minimal amount of prodding from the party goers, the two chubby girls were sitting on the bar next to one another topless with the party goers lining up to take shots from between their Juggs. It wasn't a great whale show, but it kept the crowd amused at no cost.

The term is applicable to a wide range of activities not limited to whaling that are typically subsidized and which obtain a product through obsolete, redundant, or ineffective methods.
Germany's energy policy has become a sort of whaling expedition. Who would have thought that saving the earth could be so expensive?
