Starscream is the treacherous Decepticon from the 1985 cartoon series known as Transformers. He is screechy, rude, mean, deceptive, cowardly, and is always attempting to overthrow his leader, Megatron. Despite this, he has garnered many, many fangirls, almost to the point of absurdity.
