time management

A skill that is useful for graphic designers.

Essentially, it allows people to rearrange other's days at their on whim and fancy for no good reason other than a decision to take a day off.

It is particularly useful for putting off new members of staff from partaking a meeting one deems to be dull.

Can we postpone our 10 o clock meeting as I have a couple of time management issues.

acid time

What is the meaning of acid time? I don't know it's so hard. It's when you consume acid, it slows down time. Or it could speed up time. It's exponential.

"Man, it's been like 20 hours. Acid time."
"So that could mean 5 minutes or 5 years."
"Or both."

Apple time

An ambiguous measurement of time showing how long it *should* take to download files on Apple products, when in fact it takes much, much longer.

*downloading iOS 7*
iPhone: "Downloading...5 minutes remaining"
*one hour later*
iPhone: "Downloading...17 minutes remaining"
Me: "This must run on Apple time."

An expression, often used as a greeting, referring to one's status of punctuality, and also pleasure, as well as success.

Dude 2: "What shakin', man?"
Dude 1: "On time and on top!"
Dude 2: "Totally, dude! The party just started, like, a minute ago! And nice Mercedes, by the way. Who's the babe?"

ish time

The time zone used for uncertainty. If Ish is added to the end of a duration, the duration can be altered however the user wishes. Ish time is mainly used by lazy and forgetful giveaway hosts on Twitter like Ayenzie (@gaws247, aka @musicbyanz).

Why is this giveaway not drawn?
"It's running on Ish time"

Waste on the time

An expression in Modern Hebrew meaning that something is extremely fantastic or cool. Ironically, the meaning of this expression is the exact opposite of a former expression that meant that something is so bad it would be a waste of time regarding it at all.

Did you see this Kusit ("good looking girl" in Modern Hebrew). She looks waste on the time.
