To go England is when you are trying to pass someone and you both go left as though you were driving in a country such as England where you drive on the left side of the road.

In a small hallway two people see each other coming oppisite directions. One of them says "Go England" and they both go to the left side of the hallway to avoid runing into each other or embaris themselves trying to pass eachother several times.
