The term for the ability to do ketamine “well” in terms of tolerance. The origin of the term comes from horse racing. Horses both race and get tranquilized. In the field, horse tranquilizer is commonly known as ketamine. Therefore, if you are talking about ketamine, you talk in terms of horses. Similar to how the term burn is to marijuana or ski is to coke. The term can also be used as a question.

In the late stage of the end of a corrupt two party system of government, the situation where a candidate needs to tank the country and their approval ratings below 40% very soon after being elected by doing obviously unpopular and stupid things, to ensure that people whiplash to the other party for the next round of elections, thereby attempting to ensure the existence of the corrupt two party system for as long as possible.

The Race to Sub40 situation we're currently in is unsustainable. It's only a matter of time before enough people realize it and new parties emerge to end this insanity and stupidity.
