Get the A whole loafmug. Going "Whole Hog" means using your total energy to go beyond your limits in athleticism to your absolute breaking point. It has a more significant meaning if you yell it and then proceed to collapse at the end of your competition.
It can be used for any physically intensive sports. Prime examples are Running Sports (Cross Country & Track) and Weight lifting sports (Strong Man Competitions or any high-weight/strength-based competition).
