Compound word. Tiromounis is a Greek word used to offend someone. It is used in a similar way as the word "mounopano". The first part of "Tiromounis"("-Tiro") comes from the Greek word "tyri" which means cheese, while the second part("-mounis") comes from the word "mouni" which means cunt.
