Macombie Homie

A person who has been living in the area of Macomb or has been there for awile. Usually refers to people from Macomb, IL. Also a person being called a "Macombie Homie" is usually from a rural area. This term can be used as a substitute for "Redneck" on certain ocassions.
Somewhere at an airport in Chicago,IL.
John: "Where are you from?
Moi: "Macomb. Down south near the Mississippi. You?"
John:"Wait, your a Macombie Homie!? Me too!!"
Moi: "I thought y'all looked familiar.."
