I started out looking for info on wombats and got stuck in wikipedia limbo. Six hours later I was reading about ancient Rome.

Chrimbo Limbo

The period of time between Christmas and New Year. When National Holidays and unusual working patterns work make it difficult to keep track of the exact day, whilst looking forward to further celebrations as New Year's Eve approaches.

I'm recovering from Christmas and looking forward to New Year, but at the moment I'm just stuck in this chrimbo limbo.

Limburger Cheese

A type of cheese that my cooking teacher is making us try at the end of the year whether we already tried it or not, its either try it or get an F. I don't know if I should hold my breath or my nose.

Limburger Cheese is the foulest smelling food item in the universe, worse than the smell of a dead skunk on a hot summer day. Much worse.

sleepytime limbo

It's when you feel like you've got too much work to go to bed, but you are too tired to get anything done. So you just surf the net and procrastinate until you can't stay awake anymore.

Joe: Dude how did your 3000 word essay go?

Tom: Well I managed to get half of it done yesterday, but then I got stuck in sleepytime limbo and just stayed awake the whole night browsing through facebook...
