A casual phrase used when witnessing a person doing something dangerous and stupid.

Citizen is normally repaced with the nationality i.e Temporary American.

"fucking hell that car just sped through a red light"

"oh well, another temporary citizen"

"oh well, another temporary American."

"oh well, another temporary Australian."

etc. etc.

A citizen who's a model is a model citizen.

The girl was a model citizen. She was law abiding, it was everyone else who was the criminals. Her double standards didn't count as double standards.

Someone who aggressively attempts to police others based on their own idea of the law, right and wrong, personal convenience, or 'who should be doing what’.

That super citizen is sitting in the left lane driving at the EXACT speed limit not allowing others to legally pass. People who harass skaters for... skating.
