The sound of a one-way conversation a white girl has with you that is so uninteresting that it merely becomes static in the back of your mind, while you nod and pretend to pay attention.

Girl: My iPhone broke, and my mum won't pay to fix it, which sucks because now I can't afford my daily mocha-chino latte from Starbucks...... blah blah blah

People especially sensitive about their vanity and popularity, commonly Apple product and Starbucks worshippers because they think that just because something is expensive it is cool. Not all Caucasian females are "white girls", and "white girls" do not consist entirely of Caucasian females. Any gender or ethnic background can be a white girl because the definition is primarily based off of personality.

Ghetto White Girl 

Typically a teenage or tween girl who is of white descent who pretends to be black. These girls can be found at your school or a local Dominican hair salon at the bad side of town. They tend to speak in ebonics and speak very loudly. They usually get their hair in a silk press, fluffy high bun with their edges done or box braids. They get their hair done very frequently and apply shit tons of eco-styler gel which causes them to have nappy and damaged hair. They wear lots of skinny ripped jeans and over-sized tees or crop tops or body con dresses, they also wear large hoops with lip gloss and long fluffy lashes. They tend to be offended other white women that are preppy or girly as they are knowledgeable and tend to be more well grounded and respected than they are. These women are usually white and pretend to be apart of the black race even though they are not. They have a caucasian accent but force a black accent with the usage of ebonics which causes them to sound annoying. They always hang out with other black people. They tend to stirr up lots of drama and like to start lots of fights just for fun. They talk behind peoples back.

When women of color ( mostly black women) are jealous that they will never be white women. It is often seen with women of color who thirst after white men and get angry when white men date white women or complain when men thirst after white women.

White girls who pay bills, give money to, provide housing for, and offer sexual loyalty to guys of other races with no relationship commitment from them in exchange for attention and sex. May or may not end up being a babymomma, which is irrelevant. Dumb white disease (otherwise known as DWD) usually continues until the white girl runs out of money and/or becomes a victim of physical violence at which point she may have a moment of enlightenment; however, many relapse into DWD again and continue the cycle.
