Slipknot

A metal band from Iowa. Albums are-Mate, Feed, Kill, Repeat (or MFKR), Slipknot, Iowa, and Vol. 3 The Subliminal Verses. Famous songs include Wait and Bleed, Duality, and Vermillion. Fans of more hardcore metal often go on about Slipknot being "mainstream" or "posers," but other people find anything more extreme than Slipknot lame and overdone. Band members often injure themselves performing, but the rest of the band will play without them. Joey Jordison is the "main man" of the band, who came up with the mask idea and does some of the interviews.

The best examples of Slipknot's music are Wait and Bleed, Duality, Left Behind, and Opium of the People.

Slipknot

A great metal band who are not quite heavy metal but not realy nu metal either and are anti pop music and the lead singer (Corey) has a great singing voice and the drummer (Joey) is one of the best metal drummers there is. Slipknot is a great band regardless of what other people are saying on this website sure the don't have Cradle of filth kind of lyrics but they are great people who love there fans and love interacting with there fans during concerts. To all maggots out there their new album is comming out around November 2007.

One of the shittiest bands on the market. If you want to see a band with screaming and horrible guitar, bass and drums, this band is for you. Gives metal a bad name.

Slipknot "Maggot": You are a fag for not liking Slipknot. Maybe you should go kill yourself or something.

Me: Because no Slipknot fan has EVER cut their wrists up like a dumbass and died in the bathtub. By the way I exterminate maggots when I take out the trash. I can't imagine those stupidass bugs have any taste for actual music anyway.
