pirate radio

An unlicensed radio station, often broadcasting political or controvercial material. The term was coined in the 1960's with "Radio Caroline", which broadcasted from a ship just outside of British territorial waters. Today's pirate broadcasters often play dance music not normally heard on comercial stations, or are intended to provide entertainment or opinions outside the mainstream.

The pirate radio station broadcasted trance music into the early hours of the morning.

Pirate Metal

pirate metal is a pseudogenre of heavy metal that usually deals with pirate like themesor sounds. The term pirate metal was originally coined by German Speed/Power metal band Running Wild, especially after the release of their third album "Under Jolly Roger". Some modern pirate metal bands include Alestorm, who use elements of folk and power metal in their music and Verbal Deception, who use elements of melodic death metal and folk metal.

Pirate!Iggy

The shortened version of 'Pirate!England' , the pirate version of England, or Arthur Kirkland, from Hetalia; Axis Powers.

The character has appeared in one strip in the first volume of Hetalia, when France remembers his attempts to attack England several times, but fails.

He has not had his own cameo in the series yet, but an official design has been released for him by Hidekaz Himaruya, the creator of Hetalia.

Pirate Station: the biggest drum n bass festival in the world. Held every year in Russia. The whole festival is based on loud drum n bass, sexy girls, mindblasting music, and crazy stunts made by acrobats. The last one was in moscow on febuary 21 2009. Some djs are Goldie, John B, Grooverider, Dieselboy, DJ Hype, Spor, Aphrodite, DJ Gvozd, and a lot more.
