Someone that is part of a goontatorship. Usually lead by a Gooner themselves. Similar to the word 'Simp' but with a more positive connotation.

Ahri's server has a lot of gooners in it, but I'm on myself so I don't mind. Seeing a hot girl makes me 'excited' if you know what I mean.
