FOMO

FOMO stands for "Fear Of Missing Out." It describes the anxiety or worry that you’re missing out on something exciting or interesting that others are experiencing. It’s often associated with social media, where people feel like they’re not part of the fun or important events happening around them. FOMO captures that feeling of wanting to be included and the unease that comes with thinking you’re missing out on valuable experiences.
