A nickname for when your significant other is being a butt (aka annoying/silly/weird), but they are still your favourite. Similar to when you call someone a buttface in a silly way when they bug you, except they are your favourite buttface. Or you could just really favour their booty over other booty.

Person 1: Taylour Page can be crazy sometimes, but she's still my buttfave.
Person 2: Also, her booty is pretty much the greatest in all the land.
