Good dude

Originally used to describe a "stand up guy" or mensch, this term can also be used to describe things or states of being that are socially lauded or praised by the majority of society.

Person 1: Did you ever notice that being pro-LGBT rights is a good dude these days?

Person 2: Oh yeah. Being pro-LGBT rights is a VERY good dude.

good breeding

A vague old-fashioned term used by aristocrats and people who believe they are better than others. May mean being raised well: courteous, polite, part other things, etc. Few know what the term actually means because everyone who uses it defines it differently to criticize the lower-class. But apparently it is one of those things that you can only understand if you have it.

Old person: "Hillary Clinton lacks good breeding."
Random guy: "What does that even mean?"
Old person: "You'd understand it."
Random guy: "... bitch."

Good Charlotte

A very talented band, no matter what anoyone says. My friend saw them live, and she said they sounded awesome. For those wierd people who say that only preppy jurks who think theyre punk listen to this music, think again. Alot of people who listen to it think its good music! It is good music. Joel does NOT think hes black, duh thats stupid! They are talented guys who got famous. Everyone who think bad of them obviously wish they were famous for having a mind of theyre own too! Joel and Benji were very poor and had a mind, and put together a band with their friends, and happened to be good enough to get a record deal. Its a mirical for them, really.

Normal person: Hey that Good Charlotte CD is really good! You want me to burn it for you?

Another normal person: sure! I was gonna buy it but since you can give it to me free, heck yes!

good talk

A phrase one says in response to an utterly moronic comment. Alternatively, can be used after lecturing a friend, in order to cut off any potential response.

Example #1:
From Old School, after Craig Kilborn's character (Mark) gets caught by Mitch cheating on his girlfriend in the bathroom.

Mark (to Mitch): What are you gonna do? Tell on me? You know you can't buddy. It's guy code. That's something chicks do. You're not a chick are you? Ok. Good talk. I'll see you out there.

Example #2:
Girlfriend: Do you want to go get tapas and then paint some pottery!!!!
Guy: Riiiight. No. But good talk.
