a movement that will keep ur hood safe from drama the cops pretty much any thing. can be done by crossing ones arms and placing the opposite hand on the opposite shoulder and alligning ur elbows perfectly. then moving ur locked arms up and down or side to side.

the cops keep rollin through our hood and we cant blaze up some chronic.

Locked Up

Locked Up is when you run upstairs to talk to your parents and the door is locked. That would be considered Locked Out, but in Locked Up, its when the door is locked because your parents are having intercourse. Of course you would not know this unless you could hear the sex noises. Hopfully you can not.

I ran up to my parents room, it was locked. I then put my ear to the door, thats when i noticed i was locked up.

the oscar winning best picture of 2009/10, a fantastic juxtaposition of cinematic genious/drivel based on a true story by someone who will have no social/political relevance to anyone anywhere globally in about 5 minutes. An artistic picture about the horrors and beauty of *something/whatever*, I didn't actually bother since I have no interest in Iraq/war.

and the hurt locker wins over avatar best picture of the year and that's why I don't care for the oscars enough to watch them. And superbad wins best comedy. Oh Jesus! Do not care, busy; rolling a joint now.

U-lock Justice

When pansy bicycle messengers vandalize automobiles with their bicycle lock. Usually because they think they are above the laws of the road yet still want to peddle in it so they sometimes have accidents with automobiles.

ME: "Some sissy on a bicycle just hit my car with a lock"
FRANK: "Why did he do that?"
ME: "Dont know, he was weaving in and out of traffic and I almost hit him."
FRANK:"Ahh, in their little bike world they call that U-Lock Justice."
ME: "Sounds like something a 13 year old made up. LOL"
FRANK: "LOL"
