The name can also be given to a woman by a man Bos in turn making her a Bos, unless the woman is a Prude bitch at which time he will remove the name and give it to a better woman, like a Rae.

This phraze was first seen in Week 6 of the game, after an Ai character, simply refered to as Senpai, challenges him into a duel to win the heart of Girlfriend, a girl who's mostly seen sitting on top of a speaker.
The beeps and bops doesn't mean anything however, confirmed by the developers of the rhythm game, and is just his form of communicating to strangers.
