Reset drug tolerance with DXM HBr (Dextromethorphan HBr, Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide) is when you take 45mg to 90mg of Dextromethorphan HBr everyday in the morning for 3 to 7 days. Dextromethorphan HBr also helps with depression and anxiety at 45mg to 90mg once a day. Don't go up more than 90mg a day. Robotablets can help.
