1. When something happens and you feel the need to text someone and tell them about it.

2. When you remember an old joke or some kind of insider, and you text a friend about it.

Jason: I just thought of the time you got pulled over for going 30 mph over the speed limit, and I was like dang that is so text worthy!

morning textness

Refers to the condition in the morning when your fingers are swollen and you are not able to properly send a text. The condition results in excruciatingly slow typing and inability to properly hit the correct key.

When someone is consoling another through the act of a hug while being on their phone texting someone else without the consoled individual having a clue.

When someone sends you a long, more than 2 page, text message telling you a story. Could easily be told by calling the listener, but is rather told by sending a long text message.

Erin sent me a text-book about how she hooked up with some guy. It took longer to receive the message than it did to read it.

Sending the same text message to more than one recipient, simply because you're lazy and/or the message will work for more than one person.
