PBBV is a salmon-colored monke that normally "spawns" on the bridge in the Forest Map. It talks in a "deep, raspy voice". It normally says something along the lines of "PBBV is here. PBBV has become hostile".
There is also a video by chippdbanjo about PBBV named fileproof-appke that starts off totally normal but after probably 1 second the video's colors get more vibrant and then you'll start to hear a text-to-speech-like voice saying an IP address-like number combination and repeating them 2 times (it's shown below here you moron):

Get the PBM mug.PB4L stands for Personal Business for Life. The question is: should everyone on the planet have a PB4L? After all, it wasn't government five year plans that brought India and China out of poverty; it was the unleashing of the entrepreneur class.
Maybe we should each have one micro business that we hang onto for life; that never gets shared with anyone, where we take no partners and never pledge it to a Bank for a loan and, thus, have something that is uniquely ours that we can fall back on in troubled times. “You need an iron reserve.”
There are so many changes going on in the local, national and global economy and so many things can and do go wrong, that it might not be a bad idea after all to have a fallback position.

It refers to those people that subscribe to, follow, and worship the pile of naive and un-reflective of-the-real-world policies from the progressive left. PBM members are usually well meaning, but are yet smug, arrogant, naive and generally have not strayed far from the false utopia of college campuses. Cities run by the PBM are either crumbling down, or already have. See example such as Seattle, WA., Portland, OR., or Detroit, MI. Colossal failures all, just ask the tax-paying locals and all of the RV street dwelling unemployed heroin addicts that reside there.
Funny, newly elected Seattle Mayor Jenny Durkan is so thrilled about her proposed "free college for all", yet true to PBM form, has not even given any thought on how to pay for this naive fluffy pipe dream. Economics class? Indeed, look into that!
