Tool Belt

the strip of houses near a college campus normally deemed "Frat Row". It is known to contain large amounts of tools prone to wearing muscle tanks even in the dead of winter, fondness for cheap alcohol, and homosexual tendencies disguised with overcompensating levels of masculine aggression. Although they do throw the occasional fun party.

As long as it's at an apartment. I'm sick of traversing the Tool Belt.
