something you say right before or after saying something arrogant to acknowledge it and therefore not seem like an ass. (similar to how one uses "no homo" or "no offense")
can also be used to call other people on their arrogance (see 'you have nice legs')

"my science project went so well! I think mine was the best in the class...and I have nice legs"
"I have nice legs but damn I look hot with this new hairdo"

Aside from the generally perceived meaning, Nice Guys Finish Last can also refer to the fact that any potential relationship a nice guy might enter into is highly likely to last a lot longer than that of a guy who is a jerk.
Guy one: Dude, Stephanie just broke up with me!
Guy two: Were you a jerk towards her?
Guy one: Yeah, I guess.
Guy two: Well, you know what they say: "Nice Guys Finish Last."

A saying that “Nice Guys” use to explain why they don’t have a girlfriend. Being too stupid to realize the real reason is because they are feel sorry for themselves and blame others for their lack of success in life, not because they are “too nice”. See Nice Guy.
Men who say “nice guys finish last” almost always seem to follow it up with how women enjoy being treated like shit showing their true misogynistic colors.

A phrase people use on facebook comment sections, usually on verified business pages, to get a “label” or “badge” which states that they are “top fans” (basically, to get recognition/ a reward for having no life.)
Many people: “Nice post, thanks for sharing.”
Few people: “why is everyone saying this?”
Very few people: “they’re just trying to get the “top fan” badge.
