1. When a person keeps on changing the rules and forgets the old ones or updates their own/other people's rules because they can't seem to follow them or follow them correctly.

2. When you do something that other's don't want you to, like, it's literally never encouraged, but you do it anyway.

1. person one: *plays tag* *changes the rules* *forgets the old rules* *changes them again*
person two: *whispers* "The fuck is he doing?"

person three: "He's just pulling a YouTube, again."

2. person one: "Hey, do you guys dare me to climb the fence?"

Everyone (or at least two people): "No."
person one: "I'm going to do it anyway, guys."
person two: "There's literally security cameras everywhere and there's guards at the fence."
person one: *climbs fence anyway*
Everyone: "WHAT THE FUCK!"
