"NO" is the Latin acronym for "Nihil Omega". "Nihil" means "Nothing" and "Omega" is the last letter of the Greek alphabet. Being the last letter, in this case it means "finale". The acronym NO means "nothing finale" meaning that someone never finishes a project or duty, or that they will have a boring death.
