Someone who has the potential to be a successful, but for some reason incorporates drug dealing, retail fraud, armed robbery, etc. into his program to maintain a more financially lucrative experience in the street. Macks typically do this openly and proudly, where fake pimps do it in secret while proclaiming all revenue accrued came from a prostitute(s). The former is more favorable than the later, however, both styles of Izm are frowned upon by the upper echelon of the pimp community.
