A nonsense word. It allows you to call your friends names without being particularly offensive and causes them to wonder to the meaning.

Note: I have been using this word for years and when one friend informed me they hated the word, I looked it up on UrbanDictionary.com and found no definition. After reading the word defined later I felt I needed to put my definition up as well.

doddler, noun, something you would call your friend it came from "dude" and "doll"

so one day you are one facebook or your texting someone and they same something really sweet you call them a "doll" then then they say you are a dude. then thats when you pull out that big word that puts those two together and be like we are a "doddler"
