A hybrid of the words "sick" and "wicked", but usually only used ironically.

"woah dude that was sicked!"

Sick is now commonly replaced by "ILL" or "i've got a cold, bitch"
Sick Replaces words like "AWESOME" and "ew, GROSS" and also various otheres..

examples:
a young sappling says to his older friend skater:

Sprout:yo boi that trick was SIIIICK
Jack:uwh-yeaaaah i can 360 wizzyspin to wizzezspin out!!

Jane:VOMITS
Jill: EWWW THAT WAS SICK.

TTHHHATT WAS SICKK AAAAAAAAH
AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Not to be confused with “ill”. “Sick” is a term applied to anything cool or desirable. One could also use “sick” in terms of expressing enthusiasm.

For example:

Jim: “I got you a pet monkey for Hanukah.”

Sally: “Sick!”
