Sick is now commonly replaced by "ILL" or "i've got a cold, bitch"
Sick Replaces words like "AWESOME" and "ew, GROSS" and also various otheres..

examples:
a young sappling says to his older friend skater:

Sprout:yo boi that trick was SIIIICK
Jack:uwh-yeaaaah i can 360 wizzyspin to wizzezspin out!!

Jane:VOMITS
Jill: EWWW THAT WAS SICK.
