Paulo Nutini's is a common phrase used for a new pair of shoes. It is derived from the popular song (by Paulo Nutini) called new shoes. It characterise the feeling of warmth found when somebody is sporting a new pair of shoes, which always requires the curtious acknowledge from a compadre.
