A term used for any baseball team that operates on Statistics alone, wether it leads them in the right direction or the wrong direction. Usually used by teams with an average payroll.

Monkeyball

When playing a basketball game, and the worst person on the team dribbles for more then 5 minutes, gets triple teamed, shoots a fade away and air balls. Then proceeds to blame the teammates for not getting open.

A lot of monkeyball going on, on the court. I think I’m going to hit the weight room.
