The correct name for the city in Ohio often referred to as "Cleveland." Located by Lake Erie, nothing good has ever come from Cleveland and the city ranks just behind Paris Hilton, Jean Shorts, and trusting Judas as one of God's worst mistakes.

A female who births one or more children that grow up to do nothing but disappoint everyone around them. These spawns are perceived as and are most definitely mistakes that should not have been created. Mistake Dispenser can also refer to the woman's vagina rather than the whole person. This implies that the woman may not be a bad person but her reproductive organs have a tendency to spawn mistakes.
Example One: "Oh Josh! You can't have kids with her she is bound to be a mistake dispenser!"
