Family Guy season 19 episode 3. Peter Griffin’s way of joking around when telling teenage girls to kill themselves and each other pretending to be slenderman.
Another way of saying “it’s just a joke”

Quagmire: “Hey, Peter, would you get off your phone?”
Peter: “Sorry, young girls keep killing each other ‘cause they think I’m the Slender man now.”
Quagmire: “A-are you telling them to kill each other?”
Peter: “It’s just a goof!”

Used by someone as a way to soften a direct insult by saying it was just a joke, although the person doing the insulting still means the insult after the Just kidding! has been said.
Reggie: "Bob, you're such an asshole!"
Bob: "What?"
Reggie: "Just kidding!"
Bob: "Oh, ok."
Bob now doesn't feel he's been insulted, because he was told that it was a joke, but Reggie still means what he said.

When two individuals are interested in each other, make out etc on a regular basis, but are not dating. There may or may not be the prospect of dating in the future. Not to be confused with "friends with benefits".
Judy and Paul hang out every Saturday night, and talk throughout the week, but are apparently "just talking".

A common misspelling of the phrase "just deserts". While the two phrases are pronounced exactly the same, "desert" with the emphasis on the second syllable means something that one deserves, rather than an extremely arid expanse of land. "Dessert", on the other hand, is a sweet dish consumed after a meal.
shane123: lol i guess he got his just desserts
rob497: i think you mean "just deserts"
shane123: fuck off u grammar whore
rob497: okay jesus

"It Just Works" is a phrase used to describe something that's inner workings don't make sense.
For example, the antagonist's stand of JoJo's Bizzare Adventure: Golden Wind, King Crimson has the ability to erase time. What does that mean? No clue, cause it just works.

King Crimson: I erased time, and leapt past it!
You: Wait, how does that work? What?
King Crimson: It just works.
