A form of psychological projection.
When you are guilty of doing something yourself, and you attempt to project your actions on to another person.

Also: Being defined a potential rapist.

Trumping: "Bill Clinton is a rapist." followed by “Just kiss. I don't even wait. And when you're a star, they let you do it. You can do anything.” “Grab them by the pussy. You can do anything.”

Later on, you are accused of sexual molestation, being a sexual predator, Inappropriately touching women, and having sex with a minor.
